Place your order earlier and we will try our best to meet your desired delivery date and time. In certain areas, due to unavailability of delivery service, delivery requested on Sunday or Public Holiday may be delivered "one day earlier" or "one day after" the requested date.

To guarantee the availability of stocks on peak season like X-mas Day, Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, Eid's Day, please order at least 3 days in advance.

Please review all delivery address information before you submit an order.

Incomplete address, information or phone numbers may delay delivery.

Flowers can not be delivered to P.O. boxes and some rural areas.

We are not responsible for the wrong delivery caused by imcomplete/ wrong address given to us

If any of the flowers ordered are not available, in significant moments/ urgent conditions (such as Birthdays, Valentine's Day, etc) when there's no more time for confirmation, we will subsitute them with other flowers of the same value at our discretion and after that inform you about the replacement. If there's still time to confirm, we'll ask you about it. 

If you're unhappy with any flowers from our shop, for any reason, we will replace them or refund your money.
