Flowers can not be delivered to P.O. boxes and some rural areas.

We are not responsible for the wrong delivery caused by imcomplete/ wrong address given to us

If any of the flowers,chocolates,teddy bears ordered are not available, in significant moments/ urgent conditions (such as Birthdays, Valentine's Day, Christmas,etc) when there's no more time for confirmation, we will subsitute them with other flowers,chocolates,teddy bears of the same value at our discretion and after that inform you about the replacement. If there's still time to confirm, we'll ask you about it. 

If you're unhappy with any flowers from our shop, for any reasons, we will replace them.
